Proverbs 15:28

The heart of the righteous studieth to answer: But the mouth of the wicked poureth out evil things. KJV

Our words reveal what we believe and have stored in our hearts by faith. This is the focus of Chapter 15.

Our words are a thermometer that pinpoints where we are in our walk on the path of life, righteousness, or wickedness. Verses 6, 8. 9, 18, 24, 28&29

Jesus said, A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.   Luke 6:45 KJV

It is clear that we must be careful about what we store and treasure in our hearts. We must listen, learn, and receive God’s wisdom. Proverbs 15:31-33

Your word I have treasured in my heart, That I may not sin against you. Psalm 119:11 NASB

Let God fill your heart with His Word!
