Proverbs 9:10

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and knowledge of the holy is understanding.

I remember a teaching years ago where the pastor said, “God declares it, Satan denies it, and you decide.

Sadly what we decide has limitations. We can’t mix what we choose nor change the consequences of the choices we have made. We can only choose which path in life we will take or, in other words, whose wisdom (verses 1-12) or foolishness (verses 13-18) we will believe and let guide our lives. Fortunately, God allows U Turns.

There is a lot of talk these days of reviews being posted on the internet regarding a product or service. It seems the more positive reviews the better. Here is a good review.

When David was running from Saul he ended up running to the enemy of Israel but was soon found out. He had to act like a madman to free himself from a near disaster. David realized God delivered him and he wrote Psalm 34 as a result. He learned that God had the power and the desire to save him from his foolishness. Psalm 34 is homework for today but let me share verse 8. O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.  KJV
